What an honor to serve as the Grand Marshal of the 136th annual Tournament of Roses Parade this morning.

Ilana and I rode in a gorgeous 1937 Rolls-Royce Phantom Ill, and then we walked part of the route too.

Growing up in Long Beach, California, this parade was such a big part of my life. My whole family would watch the parade, and then the football game. It was something we would look forward to every January, and today, I was privileged to participate!

The first 3x winner of the Cy Young Award, and the first @MLB pitcher to throw 4 no-hitters, is celebrating a birthday today!

Please join me in wishing Sandy Koufax, a true @Dodgers legend, and one of my favorite players when I was growing up, a very happy birthday! 🎉 https://t.co/jghUAlQuzx

A champion of peace and democracy, Jimmy Carter, the 39th President of the United States, has passed away.

He was a former Naval officer, a Noble Peace Prize winner, and a true humanitarian.

    We will miss him.

    May he rest in peace.

On December 29, 1852, 17-year-old Emma Snodgrass was arrested in Boston for the crime of wearing pants in public.

Women were also prohibited from wearing pants on the United States Senate floor until 1993, when Carol Moseley Braun, the first Black woman elected to the Senate, challenged the rule.

A few months back, one of my followers asked me an intriguing question: if I could put on a pair of magic glasses that would allow me to relive one life event, what would that event be?

    Here's my answer. https://t.co/3UZt2KEy5u
